Ownership:
According to Thai laws, foreigners are not allowed to own land. However, they can own condiminiums (apartments), but only 49% of the aggregate sellable unit spaces of the project.
This means that the first 49% of the 35 units of each tower can be transferred directly to any foreigners (their names)
The remaining 51% or 36 units, for foreigners, shall be 30 years lease with the option to renew for the other 30 years lease term.
Juristic Office:
Condominium, Housing and Recreation Member Club, each have their own official Juristic management offices. But all will be managed under one management arm by the specialist. Buyers will be entering to the life time club membership.
