Watering the garden every day, sweeping and tidying every day, keeping the flower beds in good order, and cutting the grass when required.

3.      SECURITY. 

Single access with 24 hour Security Service.  All visitors checked in and out of the development.

4.     ALL COMMON AREAS MAINTAINED.

All roads kept clean, Club house and all facilities and gardens maintained to a high standard.

5.     RUBBISH COLLECTION SERVICE.

Rubbish collected 2 times a day. Morning and afternoon.

6.     FULL USE OF THE CLUB HOUSE AND ALL IT’S FACILITIES.

Fitness centre, communal pool for kids & adults, restaurant & full bar facilities, parties arranged and catered for, on site laundry service, a convenience store with all your basic needs.

7.     FREE TRANSPORT.

Shopping trips to Tesco’s, Macro or Villa Market 3 times a day.

8.     PROPERTY CARE WHEN YOU ARE AWAY.

Regular inspection of your Villa, run all air con units to keep in good working order every week, air the Villa so that it stays fresh for your return. With notice we will stock your fridge the day before your return.
