            Pattra Property Market Co.,Ltd was set up in year 2000 by Khun Patraporn Jaroonroj Na Ayudhaya the Managing Director who has been in Real Estate business more than 15 years.  The company is the centre of handling the buying and selling of properties and also managing the new housing projects as well as consulting the real estate business.

     We have now expanded our business with the opening of our new office in Cha Am in 2006, and the office manager is Khun Ta.

2. Taking photos of the property
3. Putting up signs within the vicinity of the property location
4. Putting up signs at the property
5. Showing the property to the prospective buyer
6. Coordinate with the Banks when the buyer requires mortgage
7. Negotiating between the buyer and the seller
8. Negotiating with the financing company
9. Arranging a fair legal contract
10. Arranging the title transfer to the buyer at the land department
11. Coordinating the transfer of utility services to the buyer

The documents required when you wish to sell your property

1. Actual sized photocopy of the title deed ( all pages)
2. Photocopy of the sellers and spouses IDs
3. A photocopy of the House Registration Book of the seller.
4. The letter of Consent from the seller's spouse in selling the property.
5. A letter of Power of Attorney from the seller in case the seller wishes the company to handle the case.
