Beams, columns and slab are all reinforced concrete(casted in place and
will be cured more than 2 weeks by water or plastic covering)
2. Roof
Steel Structures with 2 times of painting
Roof tile (Red colour)
- Tanakorn 1-3 C-pac monier type (cement)
- Korakarn 1-2 Plane type (cement)
3. Wall
Masonry brick with plastering both sides (10 cm. thick) and also has lintel every
1.5 x 4.0 m or surround all door and window frames
4. Doors & Windows
Aluminium frame with 5 m.m. thick of green glass. Except the doors of bedroom
and bathroom will be wood.
5. Floor finished material
Ceramic tile with different colour in each area (Shown at the office)
6. Wall finished meterial
Same as item (5)
7. Ceiling
Gypsum board (9 mm thick with steel structure)
8. Painting
TOA (interior and extetior types)
9. Electrict work
15 Amp. meter (Paid by customer)
Electrict wire will be used as standard size and lain in PVC pipes
Lamps will be shown at the office
10. TV & Telephone system
There will be TV & telephone outlets in bedrooms and living room
